Carrick Institute of Education

The Carrick Institute of Education started out in 1987 as just a small school offering hospitality and tourism courses. Today, it is still known for those courses, but now also offers a variety of others, including Commercial Cookery, Children’s Services, Beauty, Dental Technology, Hairdressing, Accounting and Management courses. It also consists of four campuses now, namely the Adelaide campus, Brisbane campus, Melbourne campus and Sydney campus, all of which are equipped with spacious, air-conditioned classrooms, state-of-the-art computer labs, extensive libraries, up-to-date training facilities and student common rooms with vending machines, refrigerators and microwaves. Students can choose from five intakes a year to start their studies and can avail of job placement assistance or assistance in pursuing higher education upon course completion.
