Organizational Management

Some universities incorporate Organizational Management into their Management programs. Others, however, offer it as a separate program, which is sometimes called Organizational Development and Management. This program focuses on organizational behavior and leadership, particularly on how to make decisions based on organizational behavior, how to communicate within an organization, how to design the right jobs in an organization and how to lead an organization effectively, setting power politics aside. At the same time, though, you will be taking other management courses, including general management courses like basic management principles and strategies, managing operations, human resource management and human capital development, and entrepreneurial management.
